openly communicate about sex, brush your teeth but don’t rinse, get enough sleep, stay away from sugar, take time for yourself, eat small portions, travel, walk 10,000 steps, eat more greens, be intentional, decrease screen time, see more movies, donate money, be a better listener, avoid sugar, maintain contact with friends, think positive thoughts, clear your browser, meditate, volunteer, take breaks, read books, check your air filters, turn off your phone, stay in touch with friends, be kind, schedule date nights, recycle trash.
